Prepare The Tahini Sauce Recipe
Mix well the 1/2 cup of Tahini sauce, 1/4 cup lemon juice, 3 tablespoons water, 2 cloves of mashed garlic, 1 teaspoon salt and 2 tablespoons very finely chopped parsley. If your tahini sauce is thick add water to make it more liquid. Put the sauce in a small sauce serving bowl and serve with the fried cauliflower.
Tip
Add juice of half of lemon to the fried cauliflower right before you add cumin for a more zesty flavor. We especially recommend this if you are NOT going to have Tahini Sauce with the cauliflower.
